Order Processing

  2. Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified.

 

Shipping and Delivery

  3. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.

 

International Shipping

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Backorders

  1. Out of Stock Items: If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date. You will have the option to wait for the item to become available, select an alternative product, or cancel your order for a full refund.

 

Returns and Exchanges

  1. Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
